so happy with these glasses.
Had a few issues with fogging and salt to start with, Pete at Lip Sunglasses helped me out with some tips on cleaning and head dunks and away i went and had a 2 hour session kiting without fogging or salt issues. the customer support is amazing. these have made a huge difference for me and hopefully help reduce my eyesight degradation going forward.
I honestly cant thank Pete enough for the support while i was overseas, great support & glasses.

I use Lip glasses for eFoil surfing. They are absolutely awesome. Lost a lens the other day doing a duck dive. REALLY appreciated a replacement lens set from Pete at Lip WA! You are awesome mate! Excellent sports glasses. I frequently hydrofoil in the early morning when thw glare off the water was intolerable. These glasses have completely solved the problem . A quality product that I highly recommend

Solved my problem. I frequently efoil on the inlet at the end of our street early morning when the wind is light. The glare off the water was intolerable until I was recommended Lip sunglasses. Problem solved. They are comfortable, clear, secure and eliminated the glare. Very happy

Brilliant, love the polarised lenses.
Paid for itself after my first big wipeout: Glasses off my face, looked around, and easily found them floating nearby, very visible with the high-viz green on the inside of the temple-arms.

I have tried many different sunglasses over the past 40 years for windsurfing, kitesurfing and now foiling and the LiP Typhoon is by far the best ones I have had.

I efoil and kitesurf, these glasses have been amazing for keeping out the sun and the water running straight off after being dunked in the water.
The hydrophobic coating is like magic

Totally changed my eye health since I started wearing these. Takes a little while to get used to wearing sunglasses while winging but the benefits are totally worth it. Great clarity and a totally different experience to not wearing them. No more red eyes from being blasted by the salt and wind. It's just my body that's sore after a session now. Great product. Not cheap but look after them properly and theyll

Loving my Typhoon sunglasses for foiling. Cuts glare and protects your eyes - all while looking good! After sales service has been great too, Pete has been very responsive and has looked after me well. I highly recommend these glasses for all water sports.

It’s hard to call them eye glasses so I understand why you call them lip glasses (: -my dad… the neck attachment piece is also a game changer in a good kite session with no fear of losing the sunglasses. Thx amazing product!

Where my flos everyday and love them they are extremely comfortable. The surges I wear out padding on my sup both racing and in the surf. I will definitely continue to use and recommend lip sunnies after using them now.

TYPHOON - Love 'em! Fresh kiter here, loving that I can wipe out without losing my sunnies. Also wore them for a week kayaking SW Tas and was soooo thankful for the lanyard system after a friend lost his prescription sunnies in the dark tannin water. No point having good glasses if you're too scared to lose them!
Zero issues with fogging or spray; hoping I never need to replace them but coming back for another pair if I do 🙂

SURGE - I finally made it through summer without losing my glasses. We even got an unseasonal "winter" swell to give them a proper test. I have tried many, many different brands and ended up just coming to terms with losing a pair or two over summer. The Strap system on the Surge model is great for surfing, doesn't get in the way and saves the glasses. With a surf hat on top with a chin strap, I don't have any hesitation in duck diving bigger waves without worrying about them coming off. Great product.

SURGE - I love my new surfing LiP sunnies. For years I have been battling with the glare and have just had a pterygium removed from my left eye. They are sensational and make such a difference to surfing. I can now spend hours in the water and come out with clear eyes. Happy Days!!

These sunnies are the BIZ. I procrastinated way too long about this purchase. They are THE BEST sunglasses ever. Straight out of the box the quality is clear. The lenses are crisp and perfect. I waited to write my review until I had really tested them out though. I have worn them in some seriously wild waves and been washed and tumbled and they stayed in place with no concern. I have been standing for 3-4 hour sessions with kids on boards duck diving under and helping them catch waves, these glasses have made it so much more comfortable. I have no concerns that they will come off. So happy with this purchase. Don't hesitate, protect your eyes and get them.

SURGE - Great glasses for dinghy sailing providing excellent protection from the sun and heavy spray.

Prompt delivery, no issues with product. After my first session, I immediately realised the benefit of wearing sunglasses while wing foiling. My only regret is not getting a pair sooner! Sunnies are comfortable, staying securely on my face/ attached to body during wipe outs (as advertised) and seem like great quality. Cannot comment on durability of lenses as I’ve only used them a couple of times. Will be buying a second pair!

Great sunnies, this is my second pair. I use them mainly for kitesurfing, but occasionally for surfing as well. Fit well, drain water well if you are submerged, have never come off despite some hard landings.

Ordering online was easy and the glasses, packaging, accessories and quality is great and better than I expected. I didn't try before you buy and took a risk on the Surge shape and fitted my face just right with and without helmet. On the water the Polarised lens is better than other brands I have tried, especially on the wind sport waves (winging) and the two-stage FAILSAFE retainer system is a nice addition to this sunglasses. The surge/lens does fog up in the surf when your statics and once your moving its ok, in wind sports fogging is not an issue. It would be nice if the Surge lens is available with ZEISS & NXT. Overall, this a great sunglasses and would highly recommend.

I was very hesitant to buy a pair of surfing sunnies but these turned out to be awesome. I suffer from pterygiums in both eyes so was looking for some protection on very bright days in summer, dawn/dusk and high UV locations like the Maldives. These sunnies provide great protection and hold on very tight to your head. I've only had one wipe out that moved them and they're very comfortable. I've found wearing with a surf hat makes everything hold together better and also looks a bit better I reckon haha. I do wish they had more stock of the plain black frames though as I had to choose a colour that doesn't look great in my opinion.

TYPHOON - The LIP Typhoon sunnies have been a game changer. I used to have trouble seeing the water and the chop with my old pair of sunglasses and used to end up kiteboarding without any sunglasses which resulted in some eyes at the end of the day. Now I can kite all day and can see clearly where I am going thanks to the Typhoons

I seriously can’t believe how good they are. I tested them out the first few times bodybashing in a 3 to 4 foot shorey.
I got smashed over and over and they didn’t move off my face at all.

I have developed light sensitivity after a recent illness, meaning I can’t go near the ocean without sunnies before midday (I’m on the east coast of Oz). When I do, I have to wear a visor due to the glare. Now I’ve got the Surge sunnies, I am out again for the early and a lot of the time I forget to wear the visor as the dark lenses are so efficient. I would give them 10 starts if you let me.

FLO - Lost the first day out in the surf but were found floating by one of my students. They a comfortable to wear and the lenses are fantastic. I think I found my forever sunglasses brand. Great job guys love them

TYPHOON - I have had a pair of Typhoon sunglasses for about 10 months. I consider that they were expensive but I took the gamble that in this case maybe you get what you pay for. Have used them about 20 times for body and board surfing. So far the anti fog and hydrophobic coating seems to be effective. I have been diligently following the care instructions. They stay in place under all but the roughest conditions and I feel that the neck strap will save them from being lost. I would like to be able to get a smaller size.

SURGE - The LIP sunglasses have been the only thing I have found that works well wing foiling given a need for comfortable, effective sun protection. In particular the retention system ensures they stay on my face, and the lenses stay clear despite frequent and at times high speed crashes. They have also become my go-to for dinghy racing, particularly in strong conditions where I’ve previously lost other pairs of sunglasses following capsizes.

FLO - My LiP sunglasses are perfect for my water sport- rowing. The lenses allow clear vision in early morning light, through to bright daylight. Functional, stylish and comfortable.

FLO - Love these sunnies! I choose the mirrored blue lenses that I feel really make a statement,and the polarised lenses feel great to look through which suit my light sensitive eyes. They rarely leave my head now, and the floating frames have saved me a couple of times already when they made a splash. Highly recommended!
